酒駕撞安全島 赫爾頓認錯道歉

洛磯明星一壘手赫爾頓 (Todd Helton)昨天因酒駕被逮捕，他坦承有喝紅酒，而被逮捕的關鍵是有目擊者看到他開車撞上路中的安全島，隨後警察根據投訴在附近的加油站把他攔住。

赫爾頓將因酒後駕車與開車漫不經心，於美國時間5月20日出庭。

根據警方的報告顯示，有人看到赫爾頓開車撞上安全島，並且向警方報案，警察才會在加油站找到他，隨即進行酒測，確定是超過法定標準。

赫爾頓承認在被捕之前的幾小時，曾經喝了兩杯紅酒。他在事發後透過球團發表道歉聲明。
