姚明早退 名將歎被比賽累垮

前中國球星姚明17日擔任2013年NBA明星週灌籃大賽評審，對於這座「移動長城」在30歲時就毅然選擇退役，波士頓塞爾提克傳奇中鋒Bill Russell感到相當惋惜。

「我早就和姚明說過，他打太多比賽了。」Russell曾在2006-07年球季、姚明NBA生涯第5季後和他談過這個問題，「他結束職業球季後還得回中國參加國際賽，5年來不停地參與如此高水準的對抗，卻沒有休息，無論他的體能天分多麼優異，肯定都會累垮。」

姚明自1997年、17歲時加入CBA上海大鯊魚，2002年轉戰NBA，以選秀狀元姿態加盟休士頓火箭，期間8度入選NBA明星賽，與「俠客」Shaquille O'Neal的對抗一直到現在仍是話題。

NBA休賽期間，姚明仍接受中國籃管徵招，2001、2003、2005年都返國參加亞錦賽，2010-11年球季身體不堪負荷，最終在北美奮戰10個球季後因腳傷難癒宣布退休。

「我愛那個傢伙，他是最親切、最優秀的年輕人之一。」Russell說。
